Enterprise Adelaide Business Development Workshop Program

Enterprise Adelaide and the Department of Trade and Economic Development provide workshops and forums on relevant and practical topics for all small businesses. In addition, they can refer you to other low-cost or free opportunities for business development training which we are aware are being held in or around the City of Adelaide

Business Coaching

Business mentoring offers opportunities to develop management skills and support the growth of small businesses.  Mentors and coaches can:

  • act as a sounding board for business ideas and planning.
  • provide strategic advice to managers and owners.
  • share their expertise and skill to assist in identifying opportunities.
  • assist you to broaden your business network.
  • help you make business decisions.


Opportunities to gain a mentor are available through the Business Owners Coaching Program and other programs. You will also find that some of our workshops include a valuable component of one-on-one mentoring to help you translate your newly-acquired skills into your current business operations.
